Due to a State of MN DOER moratorium on moving clinic networks to different tiering quickly, as of sometime the first quarter of 2008, Northstar Physicians Network is proud to serve the State of Minnesota employees as their low cost, level 2 health care providers throughout Northern Minnesota.
